1. What products do you have?

We are specialised in importing, designing and dyeing natural decoration. In our collection you find wreaths, dried flowers, branches and dried fruits & seeds. We also have pots and silk flowers in our assortment. Our products are original and our own brand.


2. Can I order from your webshop?

The webshop is intended for companies in the Home & Deco sector. Prices can only be viewed with an account.

Are you a consumer and interested in an article? Then ask your florist or home furnishing shop to buy it from us.


3. Can I visit you and select products myself?

Yes, when you have an industry-specific business, you are welcome in our Shopping warehouse. Our opening hours are from Mon to Thu between 9-14h. We are located at the Flora Trade Parc in Venlo.

In our warehouse, you can buy by piece, but you can also take advantage of larger quantities and nice offers. Here you will find the entire assortment, including items that have just come in or are not (yet) in the webshop. We also sell products in our shop-in-shop at TICA trends & trade (tica.nl). 4. What is your quality standard?

We pay great attention to quality and finish and our items have a very competitive price-quality ratio. Over the years, we have gained a lot of experience in the artisanal production of our articles. Because we know the characteristics of the materials and move with the seasons, the flowers, seeds and grasses are processed when they are at their best.

5. I have a complaint. What's next?

Always contact us. Although we take great care in shipping, it can be possible for an article to be damaged. This can happen during transport or we may have overlooked something during packing.Attention: you must always check the order carefully when it is placed with you! It may happen that something went wrong during transport. If you see any damage on the outside, you must mention this on the packing slip/carrier's waybill, which you have to sign and give to the carrier. Take pictures of them and send them to us the same day. Only then can we consult with the carrier.If you see something wrong with a product later, take pictures of it immediately and let us know within 8 days of purchase. Mail the photos and the purchase date to [email protected]. Save the article so you can bring it with you the next time you visit us. If you are not visiting us anytime soon, we will discuss whether it can be returned.We always try to find a solution together.

6. Can I return items?

If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered through no fault of your own, you can return it. After you have reported the problem, together we will decide how to solve it.Returning an item because you do not like it afterwards is unfortunately not possible. Read more about this at returns.

7. Can I use your photos on my own website or webshop?

If you buy products from us, you may use photos with our copyright of these products for your own webshop/website.
But you should ask us for permission first! We want to know who uses our photos and for what purpose.

8. How can I contact you?
