1. Can I order from your webshop?
The webshop is intended for companies in the residential and decoration sector. The prices can only be viewed with an account.

Are you a consumer and interested in an article? Then ask your florist or favorite home furnishing shop to buy it from us.
2. I want to see your articles first. Do you have any physical sales locations?
Yes, we do. We sell a large part of our assortment at Trends & Trade (www.trendstrade.nl) and at Collectione (www.collectione.nl).
These are both cash & carry's at the Flora Trade Parc in Venlo (www.floratradeparcvenlo.com), a large purchasing boulevard for companies in the residential sector.
3. I have a complaint. What's next?
Always contact us. Although we take great care in shipping, it can be possible for an article to be damaged. This can happen during transport or we may have overlooked something during packing.
Attention: you must always check the order carefully when it is placed with you! It may happen that something went wrong during transport. If you see any damage on the outside, you must mention this on the packing slip/carrier's waybill, which you have to sign and give to the carrier. Take pictures of them and send them to us the same day. Only then can we consult with the carrier.
If you see something wrong with a product later, take pictures of it immediately and let us know within 8 days of purchase. Mail the photos and the purchase date to [email protected] Save the article so you can bring it with you the next time you visit us. If you are not visiting us anytime soon, we will discuss whether it can be returned.
We always try to find a solution together.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as you haven't paid yet, you can still change or cancel your order. After that, that is no longer possible.
5. Can I return items?
If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered through no fault of your own, you can return it. After you have reported the problem, together we will decide how to solve it.
Returning an item because you do not like it afterwards is unfortunately not possible.

6. Can I use your photos on my own website or webshop?
That's okay, but only after you have contacted us about it first. We like to know who uses our photos and what for.
7. What is the best way to contact you?
If you send us an e-mail, we will contact you as soon as possible.
