Order, pay and delivery
The webshop is intended to professional companies in the home interior or decoration industry.
The prices can only be viewed with an account. We have a minimum order quantity and minimum order units per item. You can request an account here.
Are you a consumer and interested in an article? Ask your florist or favorite home furnishing store to shop with us!
When completing your order, you can choose for pick-up or delivery. If you choose for ease of delivery, please indicate at which address you would like to receive the items during the ordering process. During the ordering process, you will be asked a number of other questions about the availability of your delivery address. Shipping is arranged by us via a carrier or a parcel service.
Attention: you must always check the order carefully when it is placed with you! It may happen that something went wrong during transport. If you see any damage on the outside, you must mention this on the packing list/transport document (carrier's waybill). Take pictures of them and send them to us the same day. Only then we can contact the carrier.
You can also choose to pick up. This can be done in our sales warehouse in Venlo. It's located 2 km from the Flora Trade Parc (where also Trends & Trade is located).
If you want to pick up your order in our warehouse, you can do so every Monday between 10 and 16h. If this time really doesn't suit you, we will be happy to make an appointment with you on another day.
Delivery of the goods within the Netherlands takes about 3 working days. Outside the Netherlands this can be about 5 days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count.
